Returns
Screamin Diesel Performance return policy:
We offer a 30 day return policy on all NON-custom items that have not been attempted to be installed, used, modified or damaged in any way. Customers are responsible for shipping cost, and all normal returned items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All items in which a custom color, custom modifications, or parts that have been specifically changed are non-returnable. Items sold as clearance, items that are used, and "open box" items are non-returnable.
If a mistake was made on our end, please notify us within ten (10) days and we'll get it processed and corrected as soon as possible. All orders after 30 days will be handled on a case by case basis.
Cancelled orders before a shipment is processed, are subject to a minimum 3% processing fee.
Items are also subject to their respective companies warranty policies.
Deposits placed on custom builds are non-refundable.
